PASSWORD HELP
How do I reset my password?
If you are able to log into your AnalyzOR account:
- Select “My Profile”
- In the Password section, select "Edit" on the right side of the screen to make updates.
- Select the “Forgot Username or Password?” link below the “Sign In” button on the AnalyzOR login page.
- Follow the prompts to reset your password.
How do I reset my password if I do not remember my security question answer?
On the page prompting for your security question answer, select the “Click here
to reset password with security passcode” link. This will send an email with one-time
verification code to the email address associated with your AnalyzOR account.
How do I unlock my account after several failed attempts to log-in?
You can wait for one hour for your account to unlock, or you can call the Global
Technical Services team to have them unlock it for you.

What are the password criteria?
Passwords must meet these criteria:
- Contain at least 10 characters
- Cannot contain more than two identical consecutive characters
- Cannot match any of your last 10 passwords
- Cannot be reset more than once within a 24 hour period
- Meet at least 3 out of the following 4 rules:
- Have at least one lowercase letter
- Have at least one uppercase letter
- Have at least one number
- Have at least one special character: @#$%^&*()_+,.|~-='{}[]\":;`<>/!?.
How often do I need to change my password?
By default, the password expires in 120 days. The site’s administrative user may choose to
make that time shorter by selecting a different option of 90, 60, or 30 days.

USER PROFILE HELP
How do I update my email address?
- Login to AnalyzOR and select "My Profile".
- To the right of the “My Profile” section heading, select "Edit" to make updates. This action will log you out, and send two emails to your new email address. The first email contains a link to a page with a text field prompt for a one-time verification code. The second email contains the one time verification code itself. You will receive a notification email at your old email address.
How do I update or create a username?
- Login to AnalyzOR and select "My Profile".
- To the right of the “My Profile” section heading, select "Edit" to make updates. This action will log you out. The updated username must be used to login to AnalyzOR.
How do I update my security questions and/or answers?
- Login to AnalyzOR and select "My Profile".
- To the right of the “Security Questions and Answers” section heading, select "Edit" to make updates.
How can I add a new user, or delete a user account no longer in use?
User accounts can ONLY be created or deleted by Alcon. Once users are created, the local site
security administrator, if assigned, will be able to edit existing user profiles . Contact your
local CAS (clinical trainer) for assistance with user profiles.
DATA INPUT HELP
When creating a patient, why aren’t all the lenses displayed in the drop down lens list?
Below the lens model drop down list, there is a check box labeled “Show all lens”. Select this
checkbox to display all lenses and try again. If unchecked, surgeon-preferred lenses are displayed.

Which browsers are compatible with AnalyzOR?
AnalyzOR is compatible with Internet Explorer (in compatibility mode for versions 10 and
higher), Firefox, and Chrome.
Why isn’t the system responding when I input my username and password then click the Sign In button?
In the Internet Explorer browser, verify that wavetecvision.com is set to compatibility view. Click
on the “Trouble with Login” link below the Sign In button on the AnalyzOR login page for instructions
on how to set the compatibility view.
